3. Why we collect it
We only use your personal information for the specific purpose of providing our service:
- To produce, revise and deliver your professional CV, cover letter, references and related documents.
- To communicate with you about your order (confirmation, payment, delivery, revisions).
- To respond to questions and provide customer support.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To improve our service (only using anonymized information).
We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

7. How we keep it safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information:

Our hosting provider's servers may be located outside South Africa. Where this is the case, we only use providers that offer protection equivalent to POPIA through contractual safeguards.
